We've been creating catalysts of change for more than 15 years; and contributed to over 1,000 workplace adventures that have put people at the centre of solutions within Australia's top 100 companies, federal and state government agencies
We worked with a diverse group of clients, all looking to use their workplace as a catalyst for cultural transformation via workplace pilots, prototypes and transitions: Department of Agriculture and Water Resources, Australian National Audit Office, Murray Darling Basin Authority, Toyota Finance, NSW Rural Fire Service, NSW Department of Planning and Environment, Wyndham City Council, Carnival Australia and Inland Revenue New Zealand.
Mirvac and Canon transitioned their teams to more flexible work environments using a people-centred approach to fundamentally change the way they work. We supported scientists and administrators from the Charles Perkins Centre (Sydney University) to seamlessly transfer staff and research studies into a highly-collaborative, purpose-built environment. We supported Macquarie Group’s ongoing workplace projects in Sydney and New York.
In Canberra, the Department of the Prime Minster & Cabinet began their own flexible workplace experiment, leading others in federal government to re-imagine their own workplace strategies. In Melbourne, we developed Toyota’s workplace strategy, defining the future workplace that would support a fundamental shift in core business in Australia from manufacturing to distribution/sales/marketing. We also continued our workplace adventures with Brisbane Catholic Education’s workplace projects.
The Perth office was established to implement the BHPB Perth City Square project. With over 4,000 staff across 17 sites, we provided change and transition management to the project.
Back in Sydney, we moved Microsoft to an agile working model through change and transition support. We also managed the move of more than 1,000 Santos staff in South Australia.
Puzzle Partners hung out our shingle, establishing our first office in Sydney, quickly followed by Melbourne and Canberra.
Our ranks of Puzzlers began to grow, all with the same focus – putting people at the heart of organisational change.
